Refund and Returns Policy Overview
Refunds
In the unlikely event something catastrophic occurs on our end, we will reach out to you via email to try to remediate the situation to the best of our ability. However, if you feel something has happened that we can address, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order with clear, well-lit pictures, and a detailed account of the issue and what you would like considered.
If approved, a customer care specialist will message you right away.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@themanifestationblueprint.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and we will respond via email with a resolution or next steps.
Shipping returns
If a return is authorized, a customer care specialist will share a return address via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item once you have dispatched it to us, but once we do receive a return, we will confirm via email.
